My husband and I are empty-nesters and go on adventures every chance we get. I’m a big believer in 5-day long weekends with luxury hotels and am always looking for a great value on them. If I can earn points at the same time, all the better!
I love being on or looking at water whether it be an ocean cruise, river cruise or a beautiful resort in Maui. When exploring somewhere new, I search for restaurants the locals recommend and a good wine bar. My itineraries combine sightseeing with time to be spontaneous. (When we meet, ask me about how I came to attend the Oxford-Cambridge rowing races along the Thames!)

The first trip I remember was a trip to Disneyland when I was 5. My mom and I flew from Ohio and had matching outfits made!
When I was 10, I nominated my mom for father of the year at a local TV station contest and she won! The prize was a trip!
In my youth, I was a competitive figure skater.
I am a level one wine sommelier. (working on level 2)
